The former Hart State Park’s campground is transforming.  Hartwell Campground LLC Owner Barry Stern, has taken over the campgrounds at what is now known as Hartwell Lakeside and will begin renovations on April 1.

Author Alvin Richardson is writing “Friday Nights in Hart County,” a book on the history of Hart County Football, to celebrate 100 years of the sport in Hart County and is available for pre-order now.  The book will go back to Hart County Football’s first season in 1921.
