Hartwell popped with patriotism during Pre-4th festivities Saturday, June 27. The Hartwell Service League's 49th annual Pre-4th Festival filled the streets of downtown Hartwell with over 200 vendors. A highlight of the day included the annual children's parade, which brought out award-winning floats like the one above. After a fun, yet hot, day of festival-going, Hart County enjoyed the Hart County Chamber of Commerce/Discover Hartwell's annual fireworks. Photo by Brandon White, White Shadow Photography.
