The Hart County High School cross country team not only hosted the second annual Bulldog Early meet on Tuesday, but trekked up first-place finishes for both the boys’ and girls’ teams.

The Hart County High School Lady Diamond Dogs sent their seniors out in style at home on Tuesday, notching an eight-run win over Monroe Area on senior night.

Legion to host golf tournament

American Legion Post 109 will host the 2020 Veterans’ Benefit Golf Tournament on Sept. 26 at Hartwell Golf Club. The event was originally slated for April, but was postponed due statewide coronavirus restrictions.
