An apparent explosion at the Georgia Guidestones left one of the wings of the stone monument in a pile of rubble Wednesday morning.
According to the Elbert County Emergency Management Agency (EMA), the explosion was seen on video camera footage a little after 4 a.m.

YMCA, high school keeping campers active

Kids worked on their skills at the new volleyball camp at Hart County High School and at basketball camp at the YMCA this past week. There will be no camps next week, but the YMCA will host a Positions Soccer Camp on July 5-8.
