Scam spreading in Hart

Alleged scammers pretending to be with the Hart County Sheriff’s Office have been calling local residents and telling them if they don’t pay them money or provide their information, they will come arrest them, authorities said.
But don’t be fooled, sheriff Mike Cleveland said.

Bowersville passes animal boarding facility ordinance

Animal care facilities now have a path to open shop in Bowersville.
The Bowersville Town Council voted 4-0 at its regular meeting on March 18 to adopt the second and final reading of an animal care facilities ordinance.
The ordinance takes effect immediately.
