Holiday decorations are abundant this time of year. Lights and Christmas trees adorn homes throughout communities — but state and local officials are urging residents to take caution when decking the halls this year.

Holiday Bazaar back for another crafty Christmas

The 9th annual Holiday Bazaar hosted by Hart Life Pregnancy Care Center will offer Christmas shoppers a chance to shop locally on Dec. 7. “The vendors are excited and ready for you to shop for your special handmade holiday gifts,” Executive Director of Hart Life Tammy Frye said.

Sheriff’s race shaping up

A local man is hoping to follow in his great-grandfather’s footsteps after recently announcing he’s vying to become the next sheriff of Hart County.
