The Hart County High School boys’ cross country team notched another top-5 finish as a team on Tuesday at the Harrier Harvest meet in Tallulah Falls. Hart County’s boys captured fourth place out of 13 teams in attendance, while the girls’ team took home eighth place out of 11 teams.

A homecoming showdown is set for Friday night as the Hart County Bulldogs open up Region 8-AAA play against undefeated Franklin County. The Bulldogs (1-3) are set to host Franklin County (5-0) at Herndon Stadium on Friday for the Bulldogs’ first region contest of the season.

The Hart County High School Anglers reeled in a third-place overall finish on Lake Keowee at a PBC High School Trail tournament over the weekend. Two of Hart County’s teams landed in the top-10 individually as well.
