Stuart Wiggins

Stuart Wiggins, 58, of Royston died May 6, 2020. The immediate family will have a private graveside service at Nancy Hart Memorial Park, and at a later date there will be a celebration of life for all friends and family. Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell is in charge.

Nan Savage, 81, of Royston, died May 2, 2020. A private graveside service will be held in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston is in charge of arrangements.

Virginia Sue Alberson, 85, of Hartwell, Ga., passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020. She was born on September 11, 1934 in Arab, Ala.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Alberson; parents, Jerry and Gertrude Leak; brother, Frank Leak.

Ruth Bee

Ruth Ann Nepa Bee, age 77, of Kay Street, Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully on April 28, 2020 at her home. She was born October 29,1942 in Wellsburg,    West Va., to the late Alphonse J. Nepa and Gilda Rose Romagnoli Nepa from Guilianova, Italy.

Jeffrey Marion Carter, 75, of Hartwell, Ga., passed away at his home May 2, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Thelma McMullan Carter and Willie P. Carter, Sr., and his brother William P. Carter, Jr.

Robert Rice

Robert Stanley Rice, 68, of Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, S.C. Born on April 13, 1952 in Toccoa, Ga., he was the son of the late John Curtis Rice and Rosa Lee Stowe Rice. Mr. Rice was a former machine operator for Kautex in Lavonia, Ga.

Michael Randall, 66, of Cleveland, died April 29, 2020. Donations may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection Sautee-Nacoochee, 1755 Duncan Bridge Road, Sautee, GA 30571 in the Resurrection-Shepard’s Fund. McDonald Family Funeral Home in Cleveland is in charge.
