Close call at the tractor races

Venue change motion denied pre-trial in Green case

A motion for a venue change in the State of Georgia vs. Jeremy Green case was denied pre-trial by Northern Judicial Superior Court Judge R. Chris Phelps Aug. 15.
While denied pre-trial, Phelps noted he would consider the motion to be “pending” while the court tries to obtain a jury.

Commissioners stall animal shelter agreement, suggest changes
