Thrill seekers got a scare when they entered the haunted halls of Harvey’s Midnight of Carnival Illusions at the Hart County Community Theatre, filling their imaginations with nightmares until next year.

Planning commission meeting postponed due to lack of notice

On Thursday, Oct. 27, the Hartwell Planning and Zoning Commission postponed its meeting in which members would have discussed the annexation request by Kenneth Whitworth and Brandt Bentley for the proposed subdivision between Liberty Hill Road and Fairview Avenue.
