City councilmen expressed an interest Monday in getting serious about extending the type of sidewalks downtown, seen above, towards the schools and elsewhere in the city of Hartwell.
The Hartwell City Council discussed budget amendments and plans for 2023 at a called meeting on Monday, Dec. 19, with city infrastructure a central focus.
