Grave concerns

For many in Hart County, their loved ones are laid to rest at The Nancy Hart Memorial Gardens, a cemetery just on the outskirts of Hartwell.

Commission approves redistricting lines

The Hart County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Feb. 14 to approve a new map that will modify the boundaries of the county’s five districts. Chairman Marshall Sayer and commissioner Joey Dorsey also rebuked claims of racism being involved in the map’s redrawing.

“Our Artful Youth” Exhibit Opens at Hartwell Art Center Thursday

The Hartwell Art Center today announced the opening of its next art exhibit, “Our Artful Youth,” scheduled to run from February 16 through March 18. The exhibit, sponsored by Hart EMC, showcases works of art by students of all ages within the community.
