Triple pursuit

The Hart County Sheriff's Office was led on a trio of vehicle chases within the span of two days that resulted in three arrests and one set of pending charges.  The first chase occurred March 28 around 7:42 p.m.

Holmes advancing to state level of Young Georgia Authors competition

Cooling assistance for elderly, medically homebound to open April 1

Submitted by Gabby Hester  Ninth District Opportunity, Inc.  Home cooling help for the elderly and medically homebound is scheduled to open Wednesday, April 1 for Hart County residents.  Brenda Dalin, Program Director, Ninth District Opportunity, Inc. announced the opening last week.

'Mean Girls' to take the stage this weekend

Submitted by Grayson Williams Hart County Charter System Hart County High School Drama students are set to take the stage with their upcoming production of Mean Girls JR., with performances scheduled for Thursday, March 26 at 7 p.m.; Friday, March 27 at 7 p.m.; and Saturday, March 28 at 2 p.m.

Price Chapel to hold Boston Butt sale

Submitted by Price Chapel Church of God Price Chapel Church of God will hold its annual Boston Butt Easter sale April 4.  Tickets are for $40 each.  The Boston Butts would be a great addition for Easter dinner and are being cooked by Smokin Lake Hartwell BBQ.
