Lady Dogs to fight for the No. 2 seed

The Lady Dogs’ defense continued to shine in the win against Prince Avenue before Hebron Christian dominated Hart. On Jan. 24, Hart traveled to Bogart to take on the Lady Wolverines of Prince Avenue Christian to begin the second half of region play.

Beverly White is Loving Life

For over 50 years, Jim’s Grill opened its doors to welcome and serve customers in Hart County. While the restaurant changed locations around four times over its long history, it was most famous for its location nestled at the corner of Forest Avenue and Depot Street.

Harmony House to hold annual chili cook-off Feb. 8

The annual Harmony House Child Advocacy Center chili cook-off will be held Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Elberton Civic Center. This fundraising event will benefit victims of Child Physical and Sexual Abuse as well as Adult Sexual Assault and the support services provided for them.

Polar Bear Plunge coming March 1

The Northeast Georgia Council on Domestic Violence’s 29th annual Polar Bear Plunge and Winter Festival will take place Saturday, March 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Gum Branch Mega Ramp.

2025 Legislative Newsletter – Week 3
