Despite Curry’s career high game, the Dogs’ season came to an end after falling to Burke County in the first round of the state playoffs. On Feb. 19, Hart traveled to Waynesboro to take on the Bears of Burke County in the first round of the state playoffs.

The Diamond Dogs find a way to walk it off against Madison County at home to end a four-game losing streak. On Feb. 20, Hart traveled to Athens to take on the Gladiators of Clarke Central.

Norma Rose Strange’s infectious laughter can be heard inside the Hart County Senior Center every day of the week. Like clockwork, Norma arrives at the senior center around 9 a.m. each day and stays until after lunch. She’s been a staple at the center for nearly 13 years now.
