Second judicial emergency moves Grand Jury location

A second "judicial emergency" within the span of two days, resulting in a venue change within Hart County Superior Court, has been declared by Northern Judicial Circuit (NJC) Superior Court Chief Judge R. Chris Phelps. Signed by Phelps Feb.
