Jet ski maintenance accident leaves employee with burns

An 18-year-old was airlifted to the Augusta Burn Center on Monday, July 25.
Grayson Webb, an employee at Dock Depot, located on Vickery Street, was working on a jet ski when the jet ski experienced a small fuel explosion.

1978: A member of the Hart County Board of Finance used a county road scrape to ‘smooth out’ a driveway on his farm, according to The Hartwell Sun.
The work covered an area of about 200 yards and the scrape was only used for about 30 minutes.
