4-H Office to hold Rabies Clinic April 30, May 7

Farmer’s Market kicks off 2025 season in new location

The Hartwell Farmers Market kicked off its season Saturday with four local vendors nearly selling out of their goods by 10 a.m. The market, which has operated for over two decades, ensures that all offerings are locally sourced and handcrafted.

Pair launches Mercy Market to combat food insecurity

Since February 2025, Mercy Market, a local food pantry, has been helping alleviate food insecurities in the community thanks to a partnership between best friends Victoria LeCroy, 28, and Brooke Bango, 30.
