Hartwell man charged with stabbing brother in Royston

By Shane Scoggins, Publisher Franklin County Citizen Leader ROYSTON – A Hartwell man was arrested last week and charged with stabbing his brother. Royston Police officers responded Aug. 6 to a stabbing call at the Days Inn Motel at 841 Hartwell St.
