High Cotton blew the doors off the Hartwell blues scene for the second weekend in a row with a sold-out show featuring D.K. Harrell, an up-and-coming blues guitarist from Louisiana. High Cotton brought Harrell and his band to create another electrifying night in a town full of blues lovers.
