Waters, Carruth and mellophones honored in High Notes

Each week, High Notes features a member of the Hart County High School Bulldog Marching Band who has made a significant impact, including a band or auxiliary member, section and officer.

A new recreational splash pad could be coming to Hartwell, but a significant amount of planning and approval is still needed for the project, potentially costing millions of dollars.

Hart County Golden K, Inc. completed its 900th outdoor ramp on Tuesday, marking a significant milestone in its mission to provide accessibility to those in need.   “We’re excited about it, and we’re happy to do it,” Rob Warren, ramp designer and intake, said.
