Bannister commits to USC-Union for fishing

Jones journey back to football

A former Hart County Bulldog wide receiver finds his way back to football after a two year hiatus. After his senior football season in 2020, Jacobi Jones announced he would be taking his talents to Presbyterian College.
Senior Trez Fouch placed second in the discus throw and sixth in shot put at White County and then placed first in the discus throw and fifth in shot put at Franklin County.

Track Dogs claim spots on podium to end regular season

The boys track team took back-to-back first place finishes, while the girls track team claimed third and second at the White County and Franklin County meets. On April 12, the Track Dogs traveled to Cleveland, Ga. to compete in the 2024 Mt. Yonah Invitational at White County High School.

Racket Dogs exit Region Tournament in first round to end season

After ending the regular season strong, the Racket Dogs boys and girls teams fell in the first round of the region tournament to end their seasons.
Junior outfielder Skylar Dutton (pictured) went 7-10 at the plate and tallied five runs and six runs batted in while her sister freshman second baseman Carly Dutton went 4-8 with six runs, six runs batted in, and three walks in the four games they played at Sectionals in Dublin on April 10.

Softball’s season ends in Sectionals

The Lady Dogs’ slow-pitch season comes to an end after a loss against Harol at Sectionals. Hart traveled to Dublin, Ga. on April 10 to compete in Sectionals. They opened up the day against the Lady Rebels of Groves High School.

Lady Dogs split the final two games to end season

The Lady Dogs picked up a mercy rule win over Banks County on the road just a day before falling to Lanier Christian Academy to end their season.

Dogs end season on win streak

The Dogs end their season with a hard fought loss to Oconee County, and back-to-back wins over Banks County on the road and Washington-Wilkes at home. Hart traveled to Watkinsville to make up for the game that got delayed due to lightning against the Warriors of Oconee County on April 10.

“APRIL DOGS” SWEEP MONROE TO MAKE PLAYOFFS

With back-to-back wins over Monroe Area, the Diamond Dogs knocked the Purple Hurricanes out of the state playoff to make room for Hart County to earn the No. 4 seed out of Region 8-AAA.
