Lady Dogs start season 0-1

The Lady Dogs picked up a win in the scrimmage, but fell in the fourth quarter on the road in the season opener. On Nov. 7, Hart hosted the Lady Patriots of Oglethorpe County in a scrimmage game.

Cross Country advances to state after Top 10 finish at Sectionals

Both boys and girls cross country teams qualify for state with Top 10 finishes. On Nov. 2, the Hart County High School boys and girls cross country teams traveled to Jefferson to compete in the GHSA AA Sectional 2 with Regions 5, 6, 7, and 8 competing in the meet.

Rangel and Newton run over Lions to clinch playoff spot

Hart County’s rushing attack combines for 203 yards to put the Dogs past the Lions, 29-9, to make the playoffs for the first time since 2021. On Nov. 1, Hart hosted the Lions of Franklin County for the final regular season game of the regular season.
