After defeating Stephens County in the first round, the Volley Dogs fell to East Jackson and Prince Avenue Christian to finish fourth in Region 8-AA and make the playoffs for the fifth straight year. On Oct.

Dogs get shutout by Lions for the second straight year

Caldwell and the Lions of Hebron Christian ran over the Bulldogs in the 45-0 shutout win. On Oct. 4, Hart hosted the Lions of Hebron Christian for Recreation Night. Pregame, 200 players and 100 cheerleaders from the Hart County Recreation department were recognized.

After falling in a competitive game against Franklin, the Lady Dogs secured their spot in the state playoffs with a win over Rabun County to end the regular season. On Oct. 2, Hart traveled to Carnesville to take on the Lady Lions of Franklin County.

The Volley Dogs sweep Prince Avenue Christian in an emotional comeback win on senior night. On Oct. 8, Hart hosted its final regular season match against Region 8-AA foe — the Lady Wolverines of Prince Avenue Christian on senior night.
