Dye lives up to No. 1 jersey honor

Every year, the Hart County High School football team chooses one senior to wear the No. 1 jersey, a badge of honor and leadership for the team. Last season, running back Malachi Thomas wore the number before signing to play collegiate Division I football at Virginia Tech this season.

Hart cross country runners show out at regional championship

By Drew Dotson Staff writer   Hart County High School’s Cross Country teams finished high at their home meet on Thursday, Sept. 30. Runners competed at the third annual Bulldog Early and NEGIAA Region Championship 2021 at the Hartwell Golf Club against teams from around the area.

Hart County High students named AP Scholars

Submitted by HCCS   Hart County High School Principal Kevin Gaines announced last week that five students received the distinction of AP Scholar, with one student receiving the AP Scholar with Honors distinction.
