School system’s Summer Meal Program now serving local youth

Submitted by Grayson Williams Hart County Charter System   The Hart County Charter System is proud to announce the dates, times and locations for the 2025 Summer Meal Program, designed to ensure children in our community have access to nutritious meals during the summer months.

Local producers, bakers behind roadside farm stands

Bookmobile delivers summer reading, snacks to Hart’s youth

By Adriana Cascio Leading News Reporter   As the school year ends and summer blooms, the familiar Hart Partners Bookmobile begins its weekly book and snack bag route across Hart County.

Setting Hart County history in stone

A monument dedicated to Hart County’s legendary heroine namesake, Nancy Hart, was installed on the Hart County Courthouse square Monday, June 9.
