The Hart County Library is hosting a teen photo contest to help celebrate its renovated teen section.
Joanie Haley (left) was declared the winner of the pontoon poker run. She won with a full house, and chose to take the metal map of Lake Hartwell. She posed for the picture with Laura Dickerson and her son Jordan Haley.
