ATLANTA - Enrollment in Georgia’s year-old limited Medicaid expansion program is well below expectations because of a cumbersome enrollment process and restrictive eligibility criteria, an Atlanta-based public policy group reported Tuesday.

Kemp announces another $1 billion tax rebate

For the second time in three years, Gov. Brian Kemp is giving Georgians a tax rebate worth more than $1 billion. Kemp announced Oct. 22 he will include the rebate in the mid-year budget he introduces to the General Assembly in January.
