There are many injustices in this world, but one in particular rears its head in my life quite often.  We, the color blind people of America are sick and tired of not being considered when maps, charts or other color-coded items are created.

Turkey made any way is the way I like it

To smoke? To fry? To roast? Those are the questions. My answer to all of them is yes. I will eat turkey prepared using any of those methods. It is one of the reasons Thanksgiving is easily among my favorite days each year. Let’s start with the smoked turkey.
