The Hart County High School boys and girls basketball teams traveled to Lexington to take on Oglethorpe County in a scrimmage to start the season, and split against the Patriots.

2023 Pigskin Pickin’ Champion crowned

The Hart County Lady Dogs basketball team will look to rely on senior leadership to lead them to a potential historic season.
A season ago, the Lady Dogs went 19-9 overall and fell to Dawson County at home in the first round of the state playoffs, 41-34.

Hart to move to AA starting in the fall of 2024

The Georgia High School Association [GHSA] announced on Nov. 2 the classification placement of all teams for 2024-2026.
During the announcement, Hart County, Stephens County, Franklin County, and Hebron Christian will move down to AA from AAA.
