Former Hart County and West Georgia defensive back Jalen Brown has entered the transfer portal.
On Monday, Nov. 28. Brown said on Twitter he was grateful for the opportunity to play for the Wolves.
“At this time I would like to thank God and my family for this process,” Brown said in the tweet.

The girls went 1-1 dropping their first game to Athens Christian, 63-54 and then rebounded against Cedar Shoals winning 56-45.

Hartwell Twisters strike gold at the Winter Warm Up

The Hartwell Twisters traveled to Dahlonega, Georgia for the Winter Warm Up meet on Saturday, Nov. 19 and struck gold, as five girls placed first in five different categories.
Head coach Shellye Ayers’ squad worked all through the summer and it all led up to last week’s tournament.

Hart County Basketball split against the Red Raiders of Madison County, as the girls won, 56-37 and the boys fell in overtime, 70-65.
The boys and girls hosted their home opener against the Madison County Red Raiders on Thursday, Nov. 17 to begin a new season.

The Hart County boys and girls basketball teams fell in the scrimmage games versus Banks County on Nov. 11 but showed some promise ahead of the home season opener versus Madison County.
The Lady Dogs rallied back but fell just shy of a win against Banks County, falling by a 44-42 score.
