Christmas music is becoming more ubiquitous now that the holidays are nigh, but for the Hart Area Community Chorus, the songs of the season have been in constant rotation since the end of the summer.

This holiday season, Hart County Community Theatre (HCCT) will put on a play that has the spirit of giving at its core, though not a traditional Christmas story: “Mary Poppins.
The Hart County Board of Commissioners and the Hart County Chamber of Commerce unveiled a brand new Christmas tree which was lit for the holiday season on the courthouse square Nov. 25.

With a dominant first half performance, The Lady Dogs secured their first win of the season with a 65-42 win over the Lady Falcons of Furtah Prep. On Nov. 16, Hart traveled to Dawson County to take on the Lady Falcons of Furtah Prep in just the second game of the season.
