The Volley Dogs help grow the game of volleyball by holding their annual Youth Volleyball Camp.On July 9-10, the Hart County High School volleyball team held their annual Youth Volleyball Camp, which featured close to 30 campers from five to 12 years of age.

This week’s Athlete of the Week, presented by Johnson Heating & Air, goes to sophomore cheerleader Gracen McAdams. Although this is McAdams first season competing on the cheer team, her hard work and determination was recognized by her coaches, as they nominated her to be Athlete of the Week.

This week’s Athlete of the Week, presented by Johnson Heating & Air, goes to softball’s sophomore infielder Marlee Bowers.
The Hart County Senior League softball team cruised their way to a 17-0 win along game one and a 15-0 win in game two to capture the team’s fourth straight state championship. The team is preparing to compete in the Southeast Regional in Clarksville, Tennessee, July 24-27 with the chance to repeat as the Southeast Regional Champions and advance to the Senior League Softball World Series in Delaware, Aug. 3-9.
