Volley Dogs back-to-back losses put playoff hopes into question

With losses to both Franklin County and Hebron Christian, the Volley Dogs playoff hopes are up in the air. On Oct. 1, Hart hosted the Lady Lions of Franklin County and Hebron Christian. In their first match against Franklin County, the Volley Dogs dropped the first set, 16-25.

Lady Dogs shutout Commerce while falling to Stephens

The Lady Dogs get their first shutout win on senior night, but fall to the Lady Indians of Stephens County the next day. On Sept. 30, Hart hosted the Lady Tigers of Commerce for Senior Night as the Lady Dogs honored their three seniors — Skylar Dutton, Natalie Morgan, and Emma Faust pre-game.

Back-to-back losses puts Lady Dogs playoff hopes in jeopardy

Dogs brave the Hurricanes to stun Monroe Area

Hart County snaps an eight game losing streak to Monroe Area with a 28-21 win over the Purple Hurricanes. On Sept. 20, the Bulldogs hosted the Purple Hurricanes of Monroe Area for the final non-region game of the season. Hart County won the toss and differed to the second half.

Cross Country continues to take over the podium

The Hart County High School boys and girls cross country teams are heating up just at the right time with multiple first place overall finishes. On Sept. 19, the boys and girls cross country teams traveled to Toccoa to compete in the 2024 Reservation Run at Stephens County High School.
