Animal shelter shows off new adoption building

By Shane Scoggins Franklin County Citizen Leader and Rose Scoggins  Editor/Publisher LAVONIA – The Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter  (NEGAS) showed off its new adoption center Thursday to officials from the governments it serves.
