Loomis Burdette, 89, died Sept. 5, 2019. A graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Dale Meyer, 83, of Homer, died Sept. 7, 2019. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel in Royston.

Robert Earl Duda, 79, of Royston, died Sept. 5, 2019. A memorial service will be held at a later date  in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell.

Larry W. Murphy, 57, of Carnesville, died Sept. 4, 2019. A funeral service was held Sept. 7. Strickland Funeral Home in Lavonia was in charge of arrangements.

Dollie Moseley, 75, of Martin, died Sept. 2, 2019. A funeral service was held Sept. 5, at the chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home in Lavonia.

Betty Morris, 76, of Lavonia, died Sept. 2, 2019. A funeral service was held Sept. 5, at the chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home in Lavonia.

Ms. Ruth Ann Bishop Martin, 59, of Arrowhead Drive, Lavonia, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019 at her home.
