Terry Glenn Meeks, Jr., 49, of Anderson, S.C.,  died March 8, 2021. A memorial service celebrating Glenn’s life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1543 Anderson Hwy., Hartwell, GA 30643.

Harvey Lemay, Jr., 79, of Bowersville, died Dec. 17, 2020. A Celebration of Harvey’s life will be at a day and time to be determined. Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.

Roger Jessup, Jr. Roger Wynne Jessup, Jr., 76, of Sevierville, Tenn., passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020. He attended St. Mary's in Gatlinburg and Sacred Heart in Hartwell, Ga. Roger was a retired teacher with 30 years of service in Georgia.

Franklin Owens, Jr., 62, of Atlanta, died Aug. 24, 2020. A memorial service was held Aug. 26. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston was in charge.
