Judy Bridges Judy Osley Bridges, 66, of Bowman, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020, at the Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton. Mrs. Bridges was born in Elberton, on September 2, 1954, daughter of the late Charles Edward Osley and the late Grace Webb Osley.
