Genie Chappelear

Genie Richardson Chappelear, age 88, of 1395 Moore Road, Hartwell, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at her home. She was born on April 13, 1931 in Hartwell, to the late Glen Richardson and Lillie Gaines Richardson.
