John Clark Stilts "Jack" passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Upper Chesapeake Hospital. He was the husband of Karen Eileen Stilts for 55 years. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., to the late John Moore Stilts and Ethel Margareta Stilts.
