Sandra Matthews  Sandra Sharpe Matthews, age 73, of Hartwell, peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial. She was born on August 11, 1947 in Letcher County, Ky., to the late Walter Sharpe and Nora Pratt Sharpe.
