Jo Beth Bishop Mrs. Jo Beth "Betty" Boleman Bishop, age 91, of Hartwell, Ga., passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Hartwell Health and Rehabilitation. She was born August 27, 1929 in Hart County, Ga., to the late John Boyd Boleman and Gladys Fleming Boleman.
