CARNESVILLE – A Mexican businessman looking to expand his business in the United States was lured to Franklin County by I-85 and the poultry business. Pedro Galvin and local officials broke ground Friday on the future location of Kool Farm LLC in the Central Franklin Industrial Park. “I’m really happy to be able to announce this first project in the industrial park,” Industrial Building Authority Chairman Harris Little said. “It should make it easier for the next one to get done.”

They’ll be flying over the water and the water will be flying.
