James Franklin Baker, 74, of Hartwell, died  Sunday, December 22, 2019. A memorial service was held Friday, December 27, in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home.

Douglas Ankerich

Douglas Ankerich, age 77, of Carrie Craft Road, Bowersville, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the home. He was born August 30, 1942 in Hart County the son of the late Pascal Ankerich and Jessie Mae Brown Ankerich. He worked as an electrician at Monroe for 48 years.
