Young Sook Kim

Mrs. Young Sook Kim, 79, of Powder Bag Creek Road, Hartwell, Ga., entered into eternal rest on Dec. 26, 2019, at AnMed Health Medical Center.
She was born on July 7, 1940 in Choong Joo, S. Korea and was a retired teacher. She was a member of the Carnesville Korean Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a member of the YMCA Silver Sneakers.
She is survived by her children: Christy and Seungwhan Cho, Yong Hee and Gina Park and Joseph and Beje Kim; grandchildren: Kyunghyum Cho, Hong hee Cho, David Park, Daniel Park, Ty Hayden Kim, Tucker John Kim, Eugene Park and Hannah Padawag Kim. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Yoong Ki Kim.
Funeral services were held at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Pastor Park officiating. Cremation followed the service with a private burial.
