Wanda Crittendon Hendrick, 72, of Hartwell, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 at her home.
Born on October 16, 1947 in Anderson, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Frank Crittendon and Mary Nell Eaves Crittendon. She was a retired homemaker and a member of Oak Bower Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Hendrick; her son, Steven Hendrick (Kathleen) of Statesboro, Ga.; her daughter, Missy Dombrowsky (Joe) of Hartwell; one brother, Kirk Crittendon of Bates, N.Y.; one aunt, Mary Ann Allen; and five grandchildren: Jake Dombrowsky, Zach Dombrowsky, Willow Hendrick, Piper Hendrick, and Clover Hendrick. Mrs. Hendrick is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Charles Crittendon.
Because of the current conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, the family will not be having a formal visitation. They ask that everyone keep them in their thoughts and prayers in the coming days and weeks.
A memorial service to celebrate Wanda's life will be at the Oak Bower Baptist Church at a later date when everyone can come together and spend time with the family. Also anyone can leave their condolences and best wishes on Wanda's Tribute page by going to www.stricklandfh.com.
