Terry Thomas Richard Rowland, 58, of Anderson, S.C., passed away, Monday, January 11, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born October 28, 1962, in Royston, Ga., he was the son of Ruth Jackson Delancey and the late Glenn Rowland. Terry was a talented tattoo artist and art was his passion. He was a master in Tang Soo Do with a fifth-degree black belt. Terry proudly served his country and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was well loved by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kendal Coppage Rowland; mother, Ruth Delancey; son, Terry Rowland, Jr.; daughters, Crystal Thompson, Hanna Panch, Georgia Rowland, and Isabelle Rowland; brothers, Jimmy Rowland (Rhonda), Roger Rowland, and David McCann; sisters, Kathy Wing (Shannon), Sandy Rowland, and Vicki Moorhead; and grandchildren. 
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Everyone will be asked to practice Social Distancing and may want to wear a mask.
A memorial service celebrating Terry's life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with the Rev. Randall Starrett officiating. Military Honors will follow the service.
Flowers are optional, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
