Terry Glenn Meeks Jr., 49, of Parkdale Drive, Hartwell passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 in Anderson, S.C.
Born October 4, 1971 in Atlanta, he was the son of the Rev. Terry Glenn Meeks Sr. and Patsy Jane Lackey Meeks. Glenn loved being around people, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Hartwell.
Survivors include his parents, Terry and Pat Meeks of Hartwell; a sister, Kimberly Meeks McFadden (Trey) of West Palm Beach, Fla., and lots of cousins. Mr. Meeks was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jack and Opal Meeks and his maternal grandparents, David and Beadie Alexander and Robert Lackey.
A memorial service celebrating Glenn's life was held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at the Cornerstone Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Meeks and Rev. Steve Martin officiating.
