Emma Dora Bradford Heard, 80, of Elberton, died Jan. 31, 2020. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Feb. 8, at Rose Hill Baptist Church located at 1008 Wahatchee Creek Road, Elberton. Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elberton Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
