The Hartwell Sun Donnie Fowler, 57, of Hartwell, died Aug. 3, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Athens, Ga. Funeral services were held Aug. 7. Burial will be in the Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge. Donnie Fowler
